Hello, this is Fred at Dark Horse Performance; I am thankful for the add to your forum and look forward to sharing information and stories. Dark Horse Performance was opened in 1986 and sold mostly Ford performance and restoration parts before becoming a TREMEC Elite distributor. While we are still doing business, its mostly for friends, family and projects. My Dark Horse is a loaded 2024. Other vehicles are 56 Sunliner, 65 Cyclone, 66Fairlane, 67 (Dark Horse) Raven Black Mustang, 67 Ranchero, 68 F100, 78 1/2 F250, 99 Cobra, 2013 GT500, 2014 Shelby Raptor, and 2020 F350. A recent project was our manual transmission swap for the Lincoln Y-Block including bell housing, flywheel and starter. Hobbies include small-time road, race, autocross, drag race, and construction. Also, working on a Route 66 property in AZ where vintage and muscle cars can gather for cruises during the 100th anniversary in 2026 - not much time to build.
